Manu Prefab offers a turnkey project management solution for the whole building process. From the design and engineering stage, the sourcing of building materials in Indonesia, the shipment to your port of destination, the on site supervision and assembling to the furnishing with tropical furniture.
Design and technical engineering
Manu Prefab offers pre-made designs from single bedroom bungalows to large scale tropical residences. You can choose from proven packages or work with us on your customized tropical dream villa. From this stage on we supply you with an cost estimate FOB Indonesia. On approval of the design documents we move on to construction documents which are in turn the basis for a final and accurate price quotation.
Sourcing of building material and furniture
Indonesia offers a wealth of exotic and inexpensive building materials, high quality tropical furniture and decorative items. We can source those items from qualified producers or customize them and include them in the shipment with the construction elements.
International logistics and transport
From our Indonesian production unit, we handle international logistics and transport. The processed components are each packed and marked and loaded on site into 40ft containers ready for the sea shipment to the final destination. Our international freight forwarding partners ship your containers to the final port of destination, handle all import documents, clear customs and deliver your house to your future door step.
On-site assembling and supervision
Well prepared construction documents make it possible for a small team of local carpenters to assemble our structures within a limited period of time. However, some of our clients have shown interest in our additional after-sales services. On delivery, Manu Prefab can appoint a qualified local supervisor to work in cooperation with your local contractor or we can even supply a team of Indonesian carpenters to optimize on-site assembling.
