We spent 4 nights at the Bosque en el Cielo villa in early December, 2008. The villa is beautiful with amazing views from every room. The location is right in the forest surrounded by beautiful plants, flowers as well as monkeys, macaws and various other wildlife. The infinity pool is the best feature as the views of the Pacific coast-line are to die for from the swimming pool. We had Grace prepare 2 suppers for us - outstanding meals at a very reasonable cost. Alex & Grace are friendly hosts, there for you when you need them, and invisible when you desire privacy & seclusion. Thanks Alex & Grace for sharing your beautiful villa with us!

AMAZING! Beautiful home with incredible views. Very private and secluded. Cannot believe how high up the mountain we were and the beauty surrounding us. Be sure to take advantage of having breakfast and dinner prepared for you. Fabulous food and well worth the additional cost. Decided on having a massage and only wish we would have booked it in the beginning because it only added to our relaxation! Our first time to Costa Rica but it won't be our last. We had the most wonderful time staying in your lovely home. From the exciting ride between Quepos and Dominical to the peaceful sound of the cicadas, toucans, and parrots, it was a week of joy and relaxation. Jose and his wife are delightful and helpful. The meals prepared, the massages, and little Ploma............we couldn't have asked for more! The villa is luxurious comfort, your services are 5 star, the hospitality perfect. We have been coming to Costa Rica for several years and have found no other place as peaceful or accomodating. Actvities abound for those of us who wanted them. The drive to Manuel Antonio is not bad and will improve if they ever complete the road work ongoing. The scenery in the drive up the hill to your home is unparalleled and the view from the terrace and pool will stay in our minds for the many months until we return! We'll be back next year! Thanks."

Every aspect of the Villa was exactly as advertised, if not better. The rooms were well appointed and perfect for our family of two adults, two kids and two grandparents. The patio and grounds were cleaned very early every day. The pool kept the kids busy while we relaxed from the horseback riding, zip lines and visiting the river behind the Villa. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The owner really took care of us and took a genuine interest in our comfort and well being. This was very important to us given that this was our first trip to CR. We would highly recommend staying at this Villa if you're visiting Dominical.

Hi Alex and Grace! Well back to reality now I'm afraid. Just wanted to thank you again for the use of the house. It was a perfect week...the views, the beauty of the house itself as well as all the interesting things to do within close approximity made it truly a memorable vacation for all five of us. The thing that impressed us all the most was the kindness, thoughtfulness and friendliness of everyone we met. The two of you...hunting around for food for us for that first night, having wine available, giving us useful information, I can't tell you enough how much we appreciated it. Hi Alex & Grace...We wanted to let you know that our trip to Bosque en el
Cielo at the end of April was the best ever! The four of us could only keep
saying what a perfect vacation it was and how we wished we would have stayed
longer. We are still talking about the trip. We want to thank y'all for
setting up all the tours and the car rental. Everything was timed right. The
dinner and the breakfast that was prepared for us was delicious. Anna and
Jose, awesome. Anything we needed they made sure we had it. None of us had
ever rented a house for vacation it has always been stays in resorts. To be
honest we were hesitant about renting a place because of all the scams that
are out there, but we are so glad we took that chance. We will definitely
be back. Y'all truly have a slice of heaven with your property in Costa

I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had vacationing in Dominical. Your home really is amazing and the fact that you and Grace made my family and I feel "at home" was even more special. Its location and view are truly idyllic. We found the home to be very comfortable, and the outdoor area was a major plus. Perhaps one of the greatest sunsets that I have ever seen. To me, one of the best aspects of this vacation was the service and attention to detail. Upon our arrival in Costa Rica, we were met promptly at a nearby location and Jose whisked us away to 7 unforgettable days. The food was spectacular. Grace really should entertain writing a Tico cookbook. The fish was so fresh and the special fruity drinks in the morning were the perfect thing to carry with you poolside after dining on homemade granola. She went out of her way to cater to us, and her massage with fresh aloe was better than any Ritz Carlton that I have experienced. Not to mention, that when I unfortunately fell ill on the trip, she rode into town with us and took me to the local doctor. It really was like home! I begged her to come home with us!! I could go on and on about this wonderful relaxing and luxurious vacation. It goes to show that there really is "proof in advertising." This house is a real treasure and we will definitely return.
